NUTELLA MUG CAKE

Okay, jeg ved godt det er liiiidt fail at gå amok i kager på sin blog. Men kan bare ikke lade være. Og så er det ikke rigtigt en kage!
Nutella Mug Cake er nok den lækreste, nemmeste og hurtigste måde at stille din kage-sult på, og det smager himmelsk. Du skal bare have en mikrobølgeovn, en kop og ellers bare de andre ting på opskriften herunder:


Okay, I know it's a little bit fail to go crazy in cakes on your blog. But I just can't help it. And it's not even a real cake!
Nutella Mug Cake is probably the most delicious, easiest and fastest way to put a hold on your hunger for cakes, and it tastes like heaven. All you need is a microwave, a mug and the ingredients down here:

Ingredients

4 tablespoons self rising flour
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (or hot chocolate powder, i will use about 6 tbs of it)
3 tablespoons Nutella
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug (cup). Whisk well with a fork until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 – 3 minutes. (Time depends on microwave wattage.)**

2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup (or some more nutella, like i plan to do since i have no chocolate sauce!). 

** Note: Depending on the wattage of your microwave, you may have to increase cooking time. Makes 1 very large serving. Be careful not to put too much of the dough in the cup, since the chocolate will float all over the cup inside the microwave!
